Do I have to get undressed? No. The whole treatment is done with you fully clothed, wearing loose or stretch clothing will facilitate more comfortable movements during sessions.

Does the treatment hurt? The treatment is totally non-invasive and generally no more than mild discomfort will be experienced.

Why does this work so well?

Rather than repeatedly treating symptoms CoreCraft’s focus is on the cause of the problem and aims to gently restore normal painfree function to all of the body’s movements.

How many treatments do I need? Impossible to predict accurately as no two injuries are identical and

the treatment outcome is totally dependent on what you do next. For example if the problem was caused by a crooked chair, and you continue using it, the injury won’t heal. As a rule of thumb, with no re-injury and stretches done as prescibed a lasting positive outcome takes about eight sessions.

When have I had enough treatments? You will know. I will work alongside you...until we get past treatment into maintenance. The more homework you do the less sessions you will need. Drinking water and resting after treatments will assist your recovery.

Will the problem return? In some cases one course of treatment is all that is required, but with continued exposure to stressful environment or re-injury some further treatment may be necessary. Individual requirements vary mainly depending on whether prescribed stretches are continued.

Do I have to do some homework? Homework in the form of stretches will be very specific to your requirements.

Will there be any after-effects?

Although the treatment itself is very gentle, the realignment of the body structures will release metabolic wastes into the bloodstream which sometimes results in an effect similar to a hangover. This may continue for up to three days.
